About IOS

As the newest restaurant in uptown Charlotte’s bustling Epicentre, IOS Greek Kitchen is a full service Greek inspired concept that will offer a plethora of Greek inspired shares, salads, pitas and entrees. The bar program will offer the best in local North Carolina craft beer as well as offer a menu that is craft cocktail focused. A limited late night weekend menu will also be offered.

Our Story

Culinary Team:

Menu development was completed by Chef Nick Oltarsh, Concentrics Restaurants’ Corporate Chef. Oltarsh’s impressive career started in his native New York where he worked in the city’s most renowned restaurants including Eleven Madison Park and Gramercy Tavern.

Evolving his culinary career with Concentrics Restaurants, Oltarsh is currently Executive Chef at ONE. midtown kitchen and oversees overall kitchen operations for Concentrics Restaurants. He is known for constantly reinventing the definition of what a classic dish should taste like – simplifying and using bold flavors and seasonings – with the effect of creating dishes that are both comforting and creative.
