About IOS

Located in uptown Charlotte’s bustling Epicentre, IOS Greek Kitchen is a full service Greek inspired concept that offers a plethora of share plates, salads, pitas and entrees. The bar program offers the best in craft beer as well as a menu that is craft cocktail focused. A limited late night weekend menu is also offered.

Our Story

Management Team:

IOS Greek Kitchen is thriving under the leadership of General Manager Andy Caswell. Caswell’s impressive career began when he was a young cook in Detroit, Michigan. He now handles everything IOS both front of house and back of house.

IOS’ newest addition, Chef Tony Maiolo, is an expert at menu development and execution. Maiolo’s fresh ideas and Caswell’s expertise ensure IOS has a menu that boasts dishes that are both comforting and creative.

Front of house operations are overseen by Tess Martinez. Sales and marketing are handled by Taylor Paduch. Bar menu development and training are executed by Andrew Mceachin. Together Martinez, Paduch, and Mceachin hire, train, and develop all new servers and bartenders.
